  • How soon should I book?

    To guarantee availability for your event date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible! 

  • How do I book?

    Simply fill out the Inquiry Form to share details about your event. We'll get back to you within 72 hours. For more details on the entire booking process, click here.

  • How do I confirm my booking?

    Your invoice and contract will be emailed to you. To confirm your booking, simply return the signed contract along with the retainer fee (50% of the invoice total). A payment link with additional directions will be provided in the email. 

  • How long will my balloons last?

    We use high-quality balloons that can last for weeks when air-filled and kept in an air-conditioned room. However, balloons left outdoors and helium-filled balloons have a shorter lifespan due to factors like heat, sharp objects, and handling. If you want your installation to last longer, we recommend scheduling a follow-up to replace and refresh any balloons as needed.

  • Do you return after the event to clean up?

    Yes! Breakdown at the end of the event by Anela Balloons is required for all bookings with rental equipment. For non-rental bookings, like Balloon Garlands, if you'd still like us to return for clean up, let us know! 

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee. This fee secures your date and ensures our availability for your event, making us unavailable to other clients. 

  • Is there a delivery fee?

    Our delivery fee varies depending on the size of the installation you’re booking. For smaller installations, it’s $2.00 per mile. For larger installations, or those that require a large truck/UHaul due to time constraints, the delivery fee will be higher. Please note that our service pricings include both the installation fee and optional breakdown after the event!

  • Is there a fee for last minute bookings?

    Rush Fee Policy: A 20% additional fee will be applied to the subtotal for all orders booked within 7 days of the event date. Bookings are finalized when the invoice and service agreement are received by Party A. 


  • Can I do a payment plan?

    Yes! We offer flexible payment plans, allowing orders to be divided into 4 payments. The first 2 installments will serve as the retainer fee. 

    • 1st Installment: Required immediately to secure your event date and reserve our availability exclusively for you
    • 2nd Installment: Due no later than 2 weeks after the initial payment to ensure all supplies are ordered and arrive on time for your event
    • 3rd Installment: Due date will be mutually decided and agreed upon by both you and Anela Balloons!
    • 4th Installment: Must be completed at least 2 weeks before the event, allowing us to finalize all details and focus entirely on making your event a success without any last-minute changes
  • What if I have to cancel the booking?

    We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please keep the following in mind: 

    • 50% Retainer Fee: This fee is non-refundable but can be applied to a future event if you notify us at least 2 days before your event date. 
    • 2nd Payment (Remaining 50%): This amount can be refunded or applied to a future event if you cancel at least 14 days before your event date. However, if you cancel within 2 weeks of the event, the 2nd Payment will be forfeited, as items will have already been ordered and prepped for your event. 
    • For Payment Plans: When payments are split into 4 installments, the first two payments serve as the retainer fee, while the third and fourth payments together function as the "2nd Payment".
  • Why don't you collect payments the day of the event?

    Managing financial transactions at this time isn't ideal and could lead to awkward interactions between client and vendor. Our priority is to focus entirely on delivering a seamless event, and handling payments during this time could interfere with that. On event day, we're typically busy with setup, coordination, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. 

  • Are balloons safe for the environment?

    Yes and no! Our high-quality latex balloons are 100% biodegradable, making them an eco-friendly choice. You can even compost them in your own backyard, where they’ll naturally break down over time. Foil balloons, while not biodegradable, are reusable, so you can save them for future events.


    It’s important to note that even the best biodegradable latex balloons can take 4-8 years to fully decompose. At Anela Balloons, we are committed to reducing waste and pollution. We collect all used balloons, clean or otherwise, and recycle them through TerraCycle’s Zero Waste Boxes. Once filled, these boxes are sent to TerraCycle’s Material Recovery Facilities, where the materials are sorted, cleaned, and transformed into raw materials for new products.   • Do you offer helium-filled balloons?

    We currently do not offer helium-filled balloons. Our focus is on creating stunning air-filled balloon displays that last longer and offer more design flexibility, allowing us to bring your vision to life with unique and sustainable decor.
